I initially dealt with Chris who arrived on site exactly when he said he would. He explained the process to me and provided a time frame of 6wks to complete the work. He passed the job over to Shainic who also turned up on site when he said he would to take the measurements. He had an assistant and they went about the job in a professional and friendly manner and caused little disruption. Again everything was explained clearly and all questions were answered. Communication was great and despite me changing my mind a few times nothing seemed to be a problem and they were always happy to accommodate my needs. Job was completed ahead of schedule.
