The client for this proposal is an owner of a premiere bed and breakfast establishment and simply wanted to spend more time in his own residence. In order to do so, he wanted to make it a more expansive living space, and to introduce more light to his home. He came to us with proposition to install a bay window to create this vision of comfort and so a bay window was added to accomplish that need.

The face of the house is a major element in how a person feels upon entering it, it should be accommodating, inviting and spatially practical. The client of this resident was not feeling comfortable with how closed off the entrance of his home was, lacking in a car port and an entrance which allowed flow and was aesthetically inviting. Changing the windows also improved his home’s ambiance, allowed more air circulation and provided more spaciousness.
