Overseas buyers spend $1.01 billion on buildings in New Zealand.

Overseas buyers including Australia, China, England and the United States spent $1.01 billion on commercial buildings in New Zealand over the period of six months. The highest price paid was $28 million for 10 Commerce St in downtown Auckland.
