A new foundation was added in for the garage space, the same garage foundational slab was kept however the garage itself was rebuilt to contain a minor unit on the second level.

The face of the house is a major element in how a person feels upon entering it, it should be accommodating, inviting and spatially practical. The client of this resident was not feeling comfortable with how closed off the entrance of his home was, lacking in a car port and an entrance which allowed flow and was aesthetically inviting. Changing the windows also improved his home’s ambiance, allowed more air circulation and provided more spaciousness.
